Svoboda

To commemorate the anniversary of the Velvet revolution we created a lager beer called Svoboda (Freedom). For us freedom means that we are able to have this brewery, that we can get inspiration from all over the world and therefore brew beer of all tastes, aromas, colors and styles. This is why our brewmaster Honza Najbrt had a free hand when creating the recipe. Together with the team Honza decided to make a beer from ingredients from the whole world, which makes this beer truly free from all classic beer styles. The ingredience vary every year, so the brewmaster’s freedom with the recipe is kept. The underlying style stays the same.
